Store Policies
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
- NO REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES ONLY
- NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES AFTER ITEM IS SHIPPED
- To make changes or cancel order before item is shipped, email deonnaspence@destinedboutique.com
EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT:
- All items (EXCEPT FOR SALE ITEMS) are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached
- Any items with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted for returns
- We will send you an email when your return package is delivered to our warehouse and will issue your store credit within 3-5 business days
- To request an exchange, please email deonnaspence@destinedboutique.com within 7 days after delivery
- All exchange requests will be denied if contacted after 7 days of original delivery date
DAMAGED ITEMS:
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please email deonnaspence@destinedboutique.com immediately
