REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

  • NO REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES ONLY 
  • NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES AFTER ITEM IS SHIPPED 
  • To make changes or cancel order before item is shipped, email deonnaspence@destinedboutique.com

EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT:

  • All items (EXCEPT FOR SALE ITEMS) are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping 
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached 
  • Any items with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted for returns
  • We will send you an email when your return package is delivered to our warehouse and will issue your store credit within 3-5 business days
  • To request an exchange, please email deonnaspence@destinedboutique.com within 7 days after delivery
  • All exchange requests will be denied if contacted after 7 days of original delivery date

DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please email deonnaspence@destinedboutique.com immediately
